Please mark that you have read and understand the following terms: I understand that I should wait until I receive an email by the trip leaders to purchase airline tickets. If I do not wait, all associated costs of having to change my flight are on me.
I understand that the Cost of the trip Includes: Hotel with either shared or private accommodations and private bath where available. Meals as indicated on the itinerary. In-country transportation to tour scheduled locations, all entrance fees, and services of English-speaking guides.
I understand that the Cost of the trip DOES NOT Include: International airfare, accommodations at stopover cities at the beginning and end of your trip, passport and visa requirements, medical, hospital and evacuations costs (supplemental trip, accident and baggage insurance is available from travel companies and is necessary), excess baggage charges, laundry, telephone calls or other personal items, meals and drinks unless indicated on the itinerary, and in-country tipping.
I understand that Cancellation Insurance is needed to protect against loss from cancellation due to accident or illness of you or your family members, cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.
I understand that Cancellation regardless of reason, results in the loss of the applicable deposit, unless there is a waiting list and your reservation can be replaced. From 60 days prior to departure, 50% of the full tour cost is non-refundable, and no refunds will be granted 50 or fewer days prior to departure. All cancellations must be in writing. We cannot grant partial refunds for any unused trip arrangements after the trip has begun. We reserve the right to cancel the tour prior to departure, in which case a full refund of monies paid for the land costs will constitute full settlement of all claims. We are not responsible for any costs incurred by trip members (i.e. non-refundable” advance airline ticket purchases, medical exams, and passport and visa fees).
I understand that I will receive a full Itinerary at least 6 weeks prior to the departure date that gives locations of the sites to be visited and accompanying hotels. Every effort is made to keep the trip itinerary, but due to the nature of Spiritual travel, this is not always possible.
I understand that I am allowed One piece of checked luggage weighing no more than 50 lbs each.and one personal bag (purse or backback). For your comfort we encourage you to pack lightly. Many of the hotels we will be staying in do not have an elevator. This may mean you are carrying your bag up multiple flights of stairs. Baggage is at owner’s risk entirely.
I understand that Jenny Schiltz and Julie Gullick-Wiley will try to match single persons requesting standard shared accommodations. We will secure single rooms where available for those that have requested and agreed to pay the single room supplement on this form.
I understand that the majority of our tour members are non-smoking. We require no smoking in tour land transportation and at meals. We will try to match non-smoking tour members requesting a roommate. However, if you smoke, and wish to share a room and only a non-smoker is available, you must agree not to smoke in the room or choose a single supplement.

I understand that the Payment Schedule is as follows: At the time of reservation a $1100 non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due on March 31st. You will be or have already been informed of the total due.

Responsibility Waiver Clause: I understand that I assume all risk of loss, including, but not limited to, injury, property loss, damages or financial loss arising out of or relating to this tour. We accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine or any other cause. All such loss or expense shall be borne by the tour participant, which is why travel insurance is strongly urged. I agree to release Julie Gullick-Wiley, Greg Wiley and Jenny & Danny Schiltz from all responsibility and liability for unforeseen circumstances and/or changes in the schedule due to acts of God (weather, earthquakes etc.) acts of terrorism and political unrest and any other unforeseen events or mental/physical illnesses occurring during tour dates.
