September 2nd – 13th, 2023

Basic Itinerary

September 2nd – Leave the US headed to Toulouse, France

September 3rd – Arrive in Toulouse & spend your first night at the airport Courtyard Marriott

September 4th – 8th – We leave and head towards Alet de Baines where we will explore multiple locations that hold the energy of the Magdalene’s, the Cather’s & the goddess. We will spend 4 nights at an incredible bed and breakfast.

September 8th – 10th – We head to the area of St. Baume, where we will explore Mary Magdalene’s Cave.

September 10th – 12th – We head to the Camarugue on the French Mediterranean. We will explore the portal/stargate that was created there years ago when Mother Mary, Mary Magdalene, Sarah and many other’s arrived upon the French Shores. We will be staying at a gorgeous waterfront hotel. This will be our celebration of a job well done!

September 12- 13th – We make the journey back to the Toulouse Airport for our final evening together.

September 13th – Depart on flights back to USA, forever changed.

I understand that a lot of the Sacred Sites we will visit are simple walking trails. However, others require a certain level of physical exertion such as walking up and down hills, stairs and hiking trails. I will let Jenny Schiltz know if I have any physical concerns. jenny@jennyschiltz.com

I understand that the Cost of the trip Includes: Hotel with either shared or private accommodations and private bath where available. Meals as indicated on the itinerary. In-country transportation to tour scheduled locations, all entrance fees, and services of English-speaking guides.

I understand that the Cost of the trip DOES NOT Include: International airfare, accommodations at stopover cities at the beginning and end of your trip, passport and visa requirements, medical, hospital and evacuations costs (supplemental trip, accident and baggage insurance is available from travel companies and is necessary), excess baggage charges, laundry, telephone calls or other personal items, meals and drinks unless indicated on the itinerary, and in-country tipping.

I understand that Cancellation Insurance is needed to protect against loss from cancellation due to accident or illness of you or your family members, cancellation insurance is strongly recommended.

I understand that Cancellation regardless of reason, results in the loss of the applicable deposit. From 60 days prior to departure, 85% of the full tour cost is non-refundable, and no refunds will be granted 50 or fewer days prior to departure. All cancellations must be in writing. We reserve the right to cancel the tour prior to departure, in which case a full refund of monies paid for the land costs will constitute full settlement of all claims. We are not responsible for any costs incurred by trip members (i.e. non-refundable” advance airline ticket purchases, medical exams, and passport and visa fees).

I understand that I will receive a full Itinerary at least 2 months prior to the departure date that gives locations of the sites to be visited and accompanying hotels. Every effort is made to keep the trip itinerary, but due to the nature of Spiritual travel, this is not always possible.

I understand that I am allowed ONE piece of medium sized luggage weighing no more than 20 kgs (44 lbs). and one personal bag (purse or backback). For your comfort we encourage you to pack lightly. Many of the hotels we will be staying in do not have an elevator. This may mean you are carrying your bag up multiple flights of stairs. Baggage is at owner’s risk entirely.

I understand that this trip is being held at a discounted rate because there are a few sacred sites on this tour that Jenny Schiltz has not experienced previously, that Spirit is asking we attend. I understand that this may mean that there can be hiccups in finding the sites. I will give ease and grace to Dan & Jen Schiltz as well as be a positive support for the group.

Responsibility Waiver Clause: I understand that I assume all risk of loss, including, but not limited to, injury, property loss, damages or financial loss arising out of or relating to this tour. We accept no responsibility for losses or additional expenses due to delay or changes in air or other services, sickness, weather, strike, war, quarantine or any other cause. All such loss or expense shall be borne by the tour participant, which is why travel insurance is strongly urged. I agree to release Jenny and Dan Schiltz from all responsibility and liability for unforeseen circumstances and/or changes in the schedule due to acts of God (weather, earthquakes etc.) acts of terrorism and political unrest and any other unforeseen events or mental/physical illnesses occurring during tour dates.

I agree and understand due to the unknown rise in gas prices & euro fluctuation, I may be charged a maximum of $12 per day to help cover petrol costs. I understand that this would only be done out of absolute necessity and situations beyond Jenny & Dan Schiltz control.

I also release Daniel Schiltz from all liability due while acting in the role of driver on the Sacred Journey. I will not hold him or any other driver liable (should a second car be needed) for accident or injury during and whilst traveling in any vehicle with them.
