Healing Mediation to Assist with the Downloads Affecting the Spine

Spirit showed me in the early morning hours how the downloads we are receiving affect people with body pain (especially in the neck and back), exhaustion, overload, anger, and even sadness.

It was shown to me that we are holding resistance, stuck energy, and illusionary beliefs in our spine. The disks of our vertebrae hold information, and that information needs to be upgraded as we transition forward on the ascension journey. Each vertebra corresponds with our held emotions, traumas, & beliefs. They also correspond to the glands, organs, and chakras in the body.
